June

These first two photos will catch up the end of May for everyone! Paxton has started eating solids and he loves it! He loves to eat anything that is put in front of him, rice cereal, peas, sweet potatoes, popsicles, etc. He still is nursing very well too- a little to well since he still wants to wake up for it in the middle of the night. He sure is a little chunker, but I love it!

So I can't believe June is almost over! We have done some pretty fun things and I really need to find time to get on my computer more-oh well. We started June with Jayson leaving on a trip to Tennessee to see his best friend J.R. get married. He married a girl I set him up with while we lived in Tennessee-her name is Jennifer. So anyways, he felt like he wanted to do more than just go to the wedding then head home so he left me for 9 days!! I had to work for four of those days so it made it interesting!! Thank you to all the family and friends that helped out with the babysitting!! The wedding was beautiful and wonderful and I only wish I could have been there too! The boys and I did have some fun while daddy was gone. The pics below are of a really fun park in Kaysville that is shaped all like a castle. I took my sister and her little girl Brooke and the two kids really liked it!

When Jayson finally got home (thank goodness he didn't die while rafting down the river or messing around in the rental car--I don't think I could handle being a single mom!) we spent some time together that Sunday night then we worked opposite shifts the next two days followed by a really fun day together at Lagoon! My work knows how to put on a good party! We thought Caiden would really like it this year, but he only went on one ride and screamed his head off before even giving any of the others a chance. We ended up calling my sister and having her come pick up Caiden because it was not fun at all.

Today we went to the splash pad in Riverdale and again took my sister and cousin Brooke with us. We stopped and let the kids eat free lunch at the elementary school first and then headed out to the park in the 90 degree heat. They had a great time running around getting drenched then warming up on their towels. The best part is that the splash pad is free too! We will definitely be hitting that up at least once a week!

Look how cute they are-holding hands- I love it!
